考试秩序是保障考试公平性的重要基础。对于扰乱考试秩序的行为，新修订的治安管理处罚法第二十七条规定，为他人组织作弊提供作弊器材或者其他帮助的，处违法所得一倍以上五倍以下罚款，没有违法所得或者违法所得不足一千元的，处一千元以上三千元以下罚款；情节较重的，处五日以上十五日以下拘留。
