格隆汇9月1日｜英国8月份的平均房价略有下降，环比下跌0.1%，至271,079英镑。全英房屋抵押贷款协会Nationwide指出，“考虑到相对于长期标准，人们的负担能力仍处于紧张状态，房价增长相对缓慢或许是可以理解的。”该机构补充称，较低的借贷成本在不久的将来可能有助于维持需求，“尤其是在家庭资产负债表强劲、劳动力市场状况预计将保持稳健的情况下”。
