格隆汇8月27日丨深圳国际(00152.HK)宣布，截至2025年6月30日止六个月，集团实现总收入约港币66.70亿元，与去年同期持平；股东应占盈利较去年同期下跌25%至约港币4.90亿元，主要由于去年同期集团两个物流港项目置入华夏深国际仓储物流封闭式基础设施证券投资基金，录得税后收益约港币5.87亿元，而本期间并无该等收益。
