8月25日金融一线消息，中国人民银行咸阳市分行行政处罚信息公开表显示，咸阳华瑞融资担保有限公司因违反征信管理规定，被处以罚款人民币6.5万元。
同时，孙某（时任咸阳华瑞融资担保有限公司副总经理兼征信科技部总监）因对咸阳华瑞融资担保有限公司违反征信管理规定的行为负有责任，被罚款1.3万元。
