智通财经APP讯，弘阳地产(01996)发布公告，集团预期于截至2025年6月30日止六个月取得的亏损净额介于约人民币20亿元至25亿元(2024年同期：亏损净额人民币17.10亿元)。
本期间的亏损净额比去年同期增加，主要是由于集团本期间交付项目较去年同期减少，交付项目的毛利及毛利率偏低;及应占合营企业及联营公司亏损较去年同期大幅增加。
