当地紧急情况部门18日通报称，俄罗斯梁赞州工厂火药车间爆炸事故已造成20人死亡，另有134人受伤。
15日，俄罗斯紧急情况部门称，梁赞州希洛夫斯基区“埃拉斯特克”工厂火药车间发生爆炸，引发火灾，造成多人死伤。该工厂火药车间建筑已因本次事故完全损毁。
