山西太原西南，晋祠泉，古称晋水，水脉泽润一方。受地下水开采、煤炭开发等影响，晋祠泉在20世纪90年代一度断流。2023年，经过不懈努力、科学施治，“三晋名泉”重新自然出流，并在经历今年首次入夏不断流之后，有望实现稳定复流。
