8月10日晚，黑龙江省牡丹江市一男子内急上公共卫生间，公厕管理人员因距离下班时间(晚10点)，仅剩10分钟，该管理人员以“下班”为由拒绝男子如厕，随后两人发生争执，并发生肢体冲突。牡丹江环卫中心工作人员表示，会进行调查，该批评批评，该处理处理。
