记者从工业和信息化部了解到，截至8月10日下午4时，榆中县受灾公众通信设施基本恢复、整体平稳运行。工业和信息化部全力组织抢修恢复甘肃兰州市榆中县等受灾地区通信设施，累计投入保障人员1665人次、应急通信车辆626辆次、发电油机848台次、卫星通信设备54部，发布预警短信324万余条。
