7月28日，绝味食品（603517）发布公告，财务总监王志华提交书面辞职报告，因个人原因其申请辞去公司财务总监职务，辞职后将不在公司及其控股子公司担任任何职务。
经总裁提名、第六届董事会提名委员会第一次会议及第六届董事会审计委员会第二次会议审议任职资质后，同意聘任章晓勇为财务总监。
2025年一季度，绝味食品实现收入15.01亿元，归母净利润1.20亿元。
