7月27日5时，暴雨致密云区不老屯镇丑山子村道路、电路损毁，居民用电受影响。该村一患基础病且需居家吸氧的老人急需氧气，相关人员联合各方力量，用无人机为老人送去氧气袋，目前老人已顺利吸上氧气。
