格隆汇7月25日｜在有关私人住宅价格上涨的消息传出后，新加坡房地产开发商的股价大多走高，不过今年余下时间的前景依然不明朗。新加坡市区重建局周五表示，该城市国家第二季度整体私人住宅价格指数上涨1.0%。涨幅超过了最初估计的0.5%以及第一季度录得的0.8%。永泰控股(Wing Tai Holdings)的股价最近上涨3.65%，城市发展(City Developments)上涨1.3%，华业集团(UOL Group)上涨0.3%。新加坡置地(Singapore Land)的股价持平。
