据哈萨克斯坦总理办公室7月23日声明，哈萨克斯坦计划成立国家货运航空公司，加快打造区域航空枢纽。
关于组建国家货运航空公司，哈萨克斯坦政府计划通过萨姆鲁克-卡泽纳国家基金运营，初期将租赁3架飞机，后续扩大至11架，力争于2026年初启动首批货运航班。
