帝亚吉欧7月16日宣布，经双方协商，黛布拉·克鲁（Debra Crew）已辞去首席执行官及董事职务，立即生效。董事会已启动全面正式的继任者遴选程序，并将考虑内部和外部候选人。在正式任命前，首席财务官尼克·詹吉亚尼（Nik Jhangiani）将担任临时CEO。
克鲁自2023年6月起担任帝亚吉欧CEO。她于2019年加入公司担任非执行董事，后任北美区总裁，并担任集团首席运营官。
