7月14日，在哈尔滨市江北中环路湿地，哈尔滨市林业和草原科研中心的工作人员成功放飞了一只康复的国家二级重点保护野生动物白琵鹭。随后，两只同样经过精心救护的国家二级保护猛禽长耳鸮和短耳鸮也振翅高飞，重返大自然。
