财联社7月14日电，城地香江(603887.SH)发布2025年上半年业绩预告，预计归属于上市公司股东的净利润为2,800万元-4,200万元，上年同期为亏损6,928.94万元，实现扭亏为盈。公司表示，业绩扭亏主要由于下游客户需求增长带动数据中心算力基础设施需求上升，公司在手订单增加并逐步交付，利润释放。同时，可转债利息计提终止及应收账款坏账准备冲回也对利润产生积极影响。
