项目位于川沙新镇城区A05A-06地块，东至妙镜路，南至硕川路，西至A05A-05地块，北至A05A-05地块。总面积约0.27公顷(以实测为准)，规划用地性质为公共绿地(G1)。
主要建设内容是：土方工程、绿化工程、园路铺装、景观小品及相关附属工程。
