近日，网传成都华阳街道发生疑似拐卖儿童纠纷。7月10日，成都天府警方通报：实为误认亲，现查明：郑某某(女，32岁，存在双相情感障碍)误将路人唐某之子认作亲属，期间未实施诱骗、拉扯等行为。（东方视频 蔡黄浩）
