人民财讯7月8日电，云内动力(000903)7月8日晚间公告，近日公司收到云南证监局出具的《行政处罚事先告知书》，因公司披露的年度报告财务指标存在虚假记载，深圳证券交易所将对公司股票实施其他风险警示。公司股票自2025年7月9日（星期三）开市起停牌一天，并于2025年7月10日（星期四）开市起复牌。公司股票在2025年7月10日（星期四）开市起被实施其他风险警示，公司股票简称由“云内动力”变更为“ST云动”，股票交易日涨跌幅限制5%。
