人民财讯7月3日电，福能股份(600483)7月3日晚间公告，近日公司收到控股股东福建省能源集团有限责任公司（简称“能源集团”）通知，能源集团已获得中国银行福建省分行出具的贷款承诺函。中国银行福建省分行拟为能源集团增持公司股份提供不超过1.62亿元的贷款额度，贷款期限3年。
