春夏这一段时间里,流感易发,还容易过敏、上火、湿气重,所以过于肥腻厚重和辛辣油炸食物要少吃,一身轻松。推荐5道家常菜,不但做法简单好吃,更主要的是助力安康过春夏,高营养杀菌强免疫,少生病。
第一道~蒜苔鸡蛋炒豆腐
这是最近家里的新搭配。蒜苔正当季,嫩还鲜甜,杀菌强免疫的蒜苔,搭配高蛋白的豆腐和鸡蛋,不光味道好,营养也是没得挑,而做法还挺简单。
做法:
1,需要准备的食材:蒜苔1小把,鸡蛋3个,豆腐半块,葱姜,酱油,盐,植物油
2,把蒜苔揪掉小尾巴,洗净后切成段;鸡蛋磕入大碗里,加少许盐入个底味;豆腐切成小方丁
3,炒锅里加植物油烧热,倒入蛋液煎成块后铲出
4,把豆腐丁下锅,煎到两面金黄,放葱姜炒香,加酱油炒上颜色
5,倒入蒜苔煸炒,中途顺锅边少淋点水润一下,加盐调味
6,等蒜苔炒熟后倒入鸡蛋块,炒匀出锅
第二道~蛋炒杂蔬丁
这是我家常吃的一道菜,尤其是人口少还想多营养的时候。多炒几道菜吧,又吃不完,索性我就用鸡蛋炒各种蔬菜和菌菇,这一大盘,有蛋白质、维生素、粗纤维等,补营养味道好,还不会引起上火,比吃大鱼大肉强。
做法:
1,需要准备的食材:鸡蛋,洋葱,木耳,芹菜,青椒,胡萝卜,豆腐
2,把食材都处理干净,除了木耳和鸡蛋以外都切成丁;木耳泡软洗净,下锅焯烫以后简单切一切
3,炒锅里加植物油烧热,倒入蛋液煎成块,铲出
4,锅里再加点植物油烧热(用猪油菜更香),下入豆腐丁,煎到两面发黄,顺锅边淋点生抽炒上颜色
5,倒入洋葱、青椒、芹菜、胡萝卜炒断生,放木耳和鸡蛋,加盐调味,炒匀炒香出锅
第三道~圆白菜香菇肉片
香菇和圆白菜是春季最应该常吃的菜,增强免疫,提高体质,尤其是放点五花肉一炒,真香啊,多吃一碗饭!
做法:
1,需要准备的食材:香菇,圆白菜,五花肉,葱姜,料酒,植物油,盐,酱油
2,把圆白菜洗净,手撕成块;香菇洗净,切成微厚的片;五花肉切片
3,炒锅里加植物油烧热,放肉片炒到微微黄,加葱姜炒香,淋入料酒翻炒去腥,加酱油炒上颜色
4,倒入香菇,煸炒至不出汤,菜汁油亮,倒入圆白菜大火煸炒
5,变色且刚一打蔫,加盐调味,炒匀出锅

第四道~肉末炒青椒
青椒里面含丰富的维生素C、A及钾元素,抵抗病毒和细菌,用点肉末一炒,倍儿下饭。
做法:
1,需要准备的食材:青椒,猪肉末,湿豆豉,料酒,盐,酱油,植物油
2,把青椒洗净,切或掰成块
3,炒锅里不用放油,倒入青椒干煸一会,至有点微糊,铲出
4,炒锅里加植物油烧热,倒入肉末和葱姜炒熟,淋入料酒去腥,加酱油炒上颜色
5,倒入豆豉炒香,倒入青椒,加盐炒匀,关火出锅
第五道~小白菜土豆炖豆腐
