人民财讯7月1日电，美团即日起正式推出“浣熊食堂”。“浣熊食堂”是美团为餐饮行业探索建设的外卖基础设施，以线下投资建设的集中式外卖厨房为基础，以“全程可视可追溯”为运营原则，延伸至餐饮全链条。未来三年，美团将在全国各地投资建设1200家“浣熊食堂”。
