财联社6月27日电，贵州茅台(600519.SH)公告称，公司于2024年11月27日召开股东大会审议通过回购方案，回购价格不超过1771.90元/股。2025年5月19日，公司股东大会审议通过2024年年度利润分配方案，每10股派发现金红利276.24元。公司以集中竞价交易方式回购股份价格上限由不超过1771.90元/股（含）调整为不超过1744.30元/股（含）。
