新疆“疆”来女子篮球俱乐部自2019年11月成立至今已经有上百名俱乐部成员。他们来自不同民族、不同的生活角色。古丽根娜·吾尔曼进入“疆”来女篮已经有5年了。她说：“作为一个业余女篮的一个爱好者，我觉得打篮球是一项全身心的运动，能够让我们的身体保持在比较良好的健康状态。”
