中国稀土6月23日公告，公司董事会近日收到闫绳健的书面辞职报告，闫绳健因工作原因申请辞去公司总经理职务，辞职后继续担任公司党委书记、董事等职务。公司董事会同意聘任梅毅为公司总经理，任期自公司第九届董事会第十七次会议审议通过之日起至第九届董事会届满之日止。
