人民财讯6月23日电，宝泰隆(601011)6月23日晚间公告，公司将持有的控股子公司鸡西投资公司55%股权全部转让给黑龙江汇煜公司，同时，作为附加条件，黑龙江汇煜公司在受让标的股权的同时应将公司对鸡西投资公司享有的债权（通过持续提供股东借款而形成）一并受让。本次股权转让交易价款为1.54亿元，债权转让交易价款为1.46亿元，前述两项交易价款合计为3亿元。
