人民财讯6月23日电，浪潮信息(000977)6月23日晚间公告，公司拟以2亿元—3亿元回购股份用于减少注册资本，回购价格不超过75.59元/股。此次回购股份占公司总股本比例预计为0.18%至0.27%。回购资金来源为自有资金及金融机构借款。近日，公司取得工商银行山东省分行出具的《上市公司股票回购贷款承诺函》，贷款金额不超过2.7亿元。
