中央气象台消息，今年第2号台风“圣帕”于今天（6月23日）8点在西北太平洋洋面上生成，上午11点，其中心位于日本东京南偏东方向约1250公里的洋面上。 预计“圣帕”将以每小时25到30公里的速度向西北方向快速移动，逐渐向日本本州岛南部沿海靠近，强度变化不大。
