小满过后,最近天气有点炎热,每天就想喝点汤汤水水的,大鱼大肉吃多了也觉得腻,特别是本身也不瘦,不能再煮肉汤喝了!这几样素汤是我们家最近都在喝的,做法和食材都很简单,一家三口,简简单单两菜一汤很快就可以搞定,特别适合现在的季节和天气!
1.莲藕花生汤
这个是老祖宗流传下来补气血的方子,气血补回来了也不会上火,古人说女子不可三日无藕,我们湖北人更是一年四季都离不开藕,不管是煲汤,还是清炒,还是卤的吃,大家都爱吃!
这个素藕汤,加了山药,莲子,花生一起炖,所有的食材都炖的粉粉糯糯的,可以直接拿来主食来吃,比肉汤还要好吃还要滋补,喜欢的朋友快去做呀!

五色五味入五脏红黄白黑绿对应心脾肺肾肝 。
出自《黄帝内经 •素问》金匮真言论篇上到成年人的痰湿浊腻下到小孩子的积食内热都可以借助蔬菜汤清通脏腑。
白入肺(金) 金针菇,润肺清肠,赶走油腻
青入肝(木)枸杞芽,清热明目,补充维生素
