张辉，男，1961 年 4 月出生，汉族，陕西省乾县人。
现为:中国作家协会会员、中国诗歌学会会员、中国报告文学学会会员、世界艺术联合会会员一级作家，陕西作协会员、陕西省咸阳市职工作家协会副主席、咸阳市秦都区作协副主席、中国书画家协会会员。
2025年经国艺委书画艺术博物馆常务会议审议通过，决定授予“中国书画家金质勋章“。
