公司回答表示：投资者您好，2024年度，公司以集中竞价交易方式回购股份11,390,000股并完成注销，回购股份成交总金额为50,016,160.23元（不含交易费用）。公司2024年采用集中竞价交易方式回购股份所用资金视同公司2024年度的现金分红。感谢关注。
