今天，西安自然资源和规划 局发布了《西安市2025年度国有建设用地供应计划》。
2025年度，西安市国有建设用地供应计划总量3280.933公顷，其中商业用地192.4667公顷，工矿仓储用地1066.667公顷，住宅用地1282.4公顷，公共管理与公共服务用地470.9334公顷，交通运输用地226.1333公顷，特殊用地42.3333公顷。
其中住宅用地1282.4公顷（商品住宅用地655公顷，其他住宅用地627.4公顷）。西安市本级住宅用地1253.933公顷 （商品住宅用地626.5333公顷，其他住宅用地627.4公顷）；周至县住宅用地11.2公顷（商品住宅用地），蓝田县住宅用地17.2667公顷（商品住宅用地）。
