人民财讯6月16日电，天成自控(603085)6月16日晚间公告，公司为进一步加快乘用车的客户开拓、产品研发和产能建设，满足乘用车整车企业客户的供货需求，提升产品市场竞争力，拟投资设立一家子公司，其注册资本为2000万元。公司以现金方式认缴出资额2000万元，占注册资本的100%。
