2025年6月12日，诺邦股份(603238.SH)公告称，公司董事、总经理龚金瑞、董事王刚、监事会主席陆年芬、财务总监张长春拟通过集中竞价交易方式分别减持其所持有的公司股份不超过380,900股、217,500股、25,300股、17,700股，分别不超过0.2146%、0.1225%、0.0143%、0.0100%的公司股份。合计减持64.14万股，占公司总股本的0.3614%。
