6月11日，智明达（688636）发布公告，控股股东王勇计划进行股东询价转让503万股，占所持的10.22%及上市公司总股本的3.00%。
根据公告，王勇目前持有4923万股，持股比例为29.36%，在此次转让后，他仍将是公司的控股股东和实际控制人。此次转让的价格下限将根据2025年6月11日前20个交易日的股票交易均价的70%来确定。
2025年一季度，智明达实现收入8069万元，归母净利润832万元。
