智通财经APP讯，太平洋酒吧(08432)发布公告，于2025年6月9日，太平洋酒吧(第八十九分店)国际有限公司(作为租户)与Forestar Investment Limited(业主)就有关物业订立租赁协议，固定租期自2025年8月15日至2027年8月14日(包括首尾两天)为期两年。
据悉，物业位于香港耀华街38号一楼全层，固定租期自2025年8月15日至2027年8月14日为期两年，租金每月7万港元。
