据深圳市房地产中介协会统计，2025年第23周(6月2日-6月8日)，深圳全市二手房(含自助)录得1066套，环比下降18.9%。深圳房地产中介协会认为，23周受端午假期影响，叠加传统淡季月份，二手房周录得量再次出现下滑。根据公开在售二手房源量数据统计，截至2025年6月9日，深圳全市共有72341套有效二手房源在售，较上周增加550套。
