6月5日，莎普爱思（603168）发布公告，持股5%以上股东陈德康持股比例由12.50%减少至11.94%，此次变动触及1%刻度，属于正常减持行为。
公告显示，陈德康持股由4698万股减少至4488万股，至公告日，减持计划尚未完全执行完毕。
2025年一季度，莎普爱思实现收入1.02亿元，归母净利润885万元。
