最新消息，近日了解到新站区磨店街改造项目新进展，目前一期已经启动街道房屋外立面改造，项目正加快推进中。 磨店街改造全长1.5公里，分一二期建设，总投资2.5亿元，周边小区学校众多，影响20万+人群。新站区核心区近期将形成磨店新街＋龙湖天街＋黉街的新商圈格局。
