人民财讯6月3日电，安阳钢铁(600569)6月3日晚间公告，为进一步优化公司业务结构，聚力发展公司本部硅钢项目，公司拟通过公开挂牌方式转让持有的河南安钢龙都电磁新材料科技有限公司（简称“龙都公司”）34%股权。本次交易完成后，公司将不再持有龙都公司的股权。
