格隆汇6月2日｜ASK Partners首席执行官兼联合创始人Daniel Austin在报告中表示，由于借贷成本上升抑制了需求，英国房价可能会趋于稳定。最新的Nationwide房价指数数据显示，5月份的房价比一年前上涨了3.5%。他说：“尽管房价有所上涨，但我们认为增长可能会面临压力并保持稳定，因为借贷成本上升开始影响到购房者，尽管市场仍有韧性。”
