5月23日，创梦天地（01119）发布公告，宣布已完成根据一般授权配售新股份的事项。
根据公告，合共1亿股配售股份已于2025年5月23日成功配售，配售价格为每股0.72港元。此次配售所获得的总金额约为7218万港元，扣除佣金及其他估计应付开支后，预计净额约为7019万港元。
