公牛集团5月22日公告，公司决定将回购方案的回购股份资金来源由“自有资金”调整为“自有资金和自筹资金（含银行回购专项贷款等）”。近日，公司收到中信银行宁波分行的《贷款承诺函》，承诺提供不超过3.6亿元的贷款额度用于回购公司股票。
