新京报贝壳财经讯 5月19日，王府井公告，控股股东首旅集团因公司注销以集中竞价方式所回购股份导致持股比例被动增加0.33%。权益变动后，首旅集团持股数量不变，持股比例由回购股份注销前的32.84%增加至33.17%。此次权益变动不会导致公司控股股东及实际控制人发生变化。
