人民财讯5月16日电，宁德时代5月16日晚间公告，公司拟通过境外全资子公司香港时代作为有限合伙人参与投资境外私募股权投资基金Lochpine Green Fund I, LP。该基金主要围绕碳中和领域上下游开展相关投资，基金目标规模为15亿美元（最终规模将根据实际情况确定），其中公司境外全资子公司香港时代拟认缴出资额不高于2.25亿美元。
