秦南镇远景居委会停车场上堆满了垃圾，都堆到家门口了，全是垃圾味，村里清理了几次又堆满了，这样的人居环境，谁能受得了？请村里做好管理，如果是垃圾请及时清运，如果不是垃圾，堆放不能影响到居民生活，若做不到，请当垃圾处理，及时清走！不要不作为！
