5月15日，据深交所网站发布通知，深交所对《深圳证券交易所上市公司自律监管指引第2号——创业板上市公司规范运作》进行了修订，现予以发布，自发布之日起施行。除本通知特别说明条款外，本所于2023年12月15日发布的《深圳证券交易所上市公司自律监管指引第2号——创业板上市公司规范运作（2023年12月修订）》（深证上〔2023〕1146号）同时废止。
