当地时间5月14日，美国数据公司Databricks宣布已达成协议收购Neon，这是一家以开发者为核心、提供无服务器Postgres解决方案的公司。该公司表示，Neon的联合创始团队是全球极少数能够重构Postgres数据库架构、实现真正存储与计算分离的团队，这支由Postgres技术专家和数据库资深人士组成的团队将加入Databricks，致力于在AI原生时代为开发者提供生产级规模的无服务器Postgres服务。
