新京报贝壳财经讯（记者张晓翀）5月13日，江苏天工科技股份有限公司（简称“天工股份”）在北交所上市，成为港股公司“H拆A”登陆北交所第一股，也是今年以来发行价最低的新股。天工股份上市首日开盘价为22.01元，较发行价上涨458.63%。
