5月12日，据媒体报道，支付宝新上线了语音通话功能。
用户升级至最新版本支付宝后，在消息界面与好友聊天框中点击 “+”，即可找到语音通话入口。
若首次使用，页面会提示该功能特点：账号经支付宝实名认证，安全有保障；通话无变声，确保真实性；支付宝不储存通话内容，保障用户隐私。
